His only loss of the year was in a duel with KSU ace AJ Morris. The Sun Devils may not have their most experienced reliever in Mitchell Lambson (42 pitches on Sunday) available, but they haven't needed much relief this season during Leake starts.

SIX runs already in the 3rd – why is he in there when he has absolutely nothing today? By all accounts Augie was supposed to be quick to pull ‘em this CWS. Is Augie just going to leave Chance in for the entire game, lose 18-0 so that he doesn’t have to work any other arms in a guaranteed loss like this one is? Why not pull him and hope he rests up and gets his stuff back in a couple games?
Talk about choke, if this team doesn’t pull it together for their run through the loser’s bracket then this will be one of the lowest achieving Longhorn CWS appearances EVER. I’m sick of this embarrassing display, time to kick out 40 miles on the bike, this game is over, no magic happening today against the ASU pitching staff. Disgusting!!!
